Marketing Operations at PingCAP

楠 项 started working at PingCAP in 2018 as a Content Marketing Strategist Intern. In this role, they were responsible for communicating with the engineering team and writing, reviewing, and updating technical documents, tutorials, and blogs for TiDB. They also focused on building and developing brand awareness in technical communities and social media.

In 2019, 楠 项 transitioned to the role of Marketing Operations at PingCAP. Their responsibilities included conducting investigation and analysis on industry, users, and competitors to adjust marketing strategies. They also worked on community operations by tracking influential community platforms and helping solve product-related issues. Other tasks included content marketing, social media marketing, event marketing, data collation and analysis, and preparing performance reports for content and website evaluation.

Additionally, in March 2016, they obtained the TEM-8 (Test for English Majors-Band 8) certification from the Steering Committee of Foreign Language Teaching in Colleges and Universities.
