Qian Cai

Qian Cai is an experienced technical writer with a diverse background in creating user and technical documentation across multiple industries. Currently employed at PingCAP since February 2021, Qian specializes in writing bilingual user documents for the open-source NewSQL database TiDB, while managing document release projects and enhancing document quality based on user feedback. Prior experience includes technical writing roles at Xiaomi Technology, Nokia Networks, HP, and Philips & Neusoft Medical Systems, focusing on varying target audiences from ordinary consumers to telecommunication operators and medical professionals. Qian holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Sichuan University and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic and Information Engineering from Shenyang Agricultural University.
