Sisi Pu currently serves as the Head of Global Compensation & Benefits at TiDB, powered by PingCAP, since July 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing the global Compensation & Benefits strategy and aligning it with the company’s long-term goals. Previously, Sisi held multiple roles at Huawei from September 2015 to June 2022, including WEU Multi-Country Compensation & Benefits Manager and Benelux Payroll Manager, managing payroll across several countries and overseeing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs. Earlier experience includes a role as a Product Management Graduate Intern at ACN and an E marketing Intern at Euroland Travel. Sisi holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
