Xiaoguang Sun has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of software architecture.

Xiaoguang is currently working as a Software Architect at PingCAP since August 2021. Prior to this, they also held the same position at Zhihu.com starting from March 2021.

Before joining Zhihu.com, Xiaoguang Sun served as the Director of Infrastructure and Platform Engineering Director at Zhihu.com. Xiaoguang successfully led the Search Engineering team and was responsible for the development of RBase, a schema-free storage system used in various performance critical systems.
