Xiaoli Tang is currently the Head of the HR Team at PingCAP, a position held since 2019. Previously, Xiaoli served as the Head of HR & Admin at Knownsec Hong Kong from 2014 to 2019, and as an HRBP at Sinovation Ventures from 2010 to 2013, where they worked both as an intern and full-time. Earlier in their career, Xiaoli gained experience in General HR at Wandou Labs (2013-2014) and in Recruiting Operations at Applied Materials in 2008. Xiaoli holds a Master’s degree from Peking University and a Bachelor’s degree from East China Normal University.
