Andy Gibson

Andy Gibson currently serves as the Chief Product Officer at PingCo, overseeing the strategy for the flagship product TCAP, focusing on automation for global operators and service providers. With extensive experience in product management, Andy previously held the position of Director of Product Management at West Corporation from April 2016 to November 2023 and has worked at InterCall in various roles, including Sr Product Manager for Strategic Integrations and UC Sales Engineer, from September 2007 to November 2023. Earlier in the career, Andy was a Global Tier 2 Support Engineer and Software Support Analyst at Genesys Conferencing from April 2004 to September 2007. Andy holds a BSc in Virtual Reality Design from The University of Huddersfield, earned between 1999 and 2003.
