Ian Cooper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in telecommunications and technology strategy. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at PingCo since May 2023, Ian leads efforts in Teams Phone automation through the TCAP platform. Previously, Ian worked at Virgin Media O2 as Head of "The Microsoft Practice," overseeing a comprehensive Microsoft portfolio. Ian’s background includes significant roles at O2 Business as Head of Communication Products, and as a Director at Reliance Globalcom, where responsibility spanned product marketing and strategy. Ian’s entrepreneurial spirit was demonstrated through a consultancy at Platform 1 and leadership roles at Dynegy Europe Communications and Trans Europe Networks. Ian holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Manchester.
