Ann-Sofie Persson

Ann-Sofie Persson is an experienced IT leader currently serving as the Unit Manager for IT/NOC at Pingday AB, where they also took on the role of Incident Manager. Previously, Ann-Sofie held positions such as Customer Team Manager at Iver Sverige and IT Support Technician at Aller Media AB. They began their career as a System Specialist at DHL Supply Chain, where they honed their skills in administration and superuser support. Ann-Sofie is pursuing ongoing education in Lean & 5 Why analysis and has recently completed studies in crisis preparedness.
