Allison Sargent

Allison Sargent has worked in various roles in the past nine years. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at Sherwin-Williams Paints as a Sales Representative, Store Manager, and Assistant Manager. In 2015, they moved to McLaughlin Painting as a Project Manager and Estimator. From 2017 to 2018, they were the Sales and Marketing Manager at SERVPRO of Campbell. Currently, they are the Knowledge Content Manager at Pinger, where they are responsible for managing, creating, and auditing Help Center content for multiple brands, developing the internal and external self-service strategy, leading the effort to reorganize and consolidate content, and optimizing the AI bot to increase ticket deflection in multiple channels.

Allison Sargent graduated from California State University, Chico in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration/Human Resources & Project Management.
