CFO at Pinger

Christjan Wellman has held a variety of roles in finance and accounting since 1995. Christjan began their career at IBM, where they held various senior accounting and business controls positions. In 1999, they joined Handspring as a FP&A. Christjan then moved to Palm in 2003 as an Accounting Manager. In 2005, they joined Good Technology, Inc. as a Pricing Manager and Motorola - Good Technology Group as a Sr. Operations and Business Planning Manager. Finally, they joined Pinger in 2007 as the CFO, VP Finance and Director Finance. At Pinger, they were responsible for helping people communicate in new and surprisingly simple ways. Pinger was funded by Kleiner, Perkins, Caufield and Byers, DAG Ventures, Deutsche Telekom, and T-ventures.

Christjan Wellman attended Pepperdine University from 1989 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Christjan then attended Beijing Language and Culture University from 1992 to 1995, where they earned the HSK in Mandarin Chinese.
