Luís Soares

Luís Soares is currently the Gestor de Departamento de Hiper at Pingo Doce, where they focus on operations, logistics, and human resources management. With over 15 years of experience in food distribution, Luís has also held roles in business coordination and operational management across various sectors, including the graphic industry and parking management. They completed a Licentiate degree in Sociologia do Trabalho at Universidade de Lisboa and hold further qualifications in labor law and lean management. Additionally, Luís has been involved in team leadership and continuous improvement initiatives throughout their career.
