Bradley Fulton has extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity engineering. Bradley began their career at Integrated Microwave Corporation in 1997, where they worked as a Programmer/Systems Analyst, programming and maintaining applications in a manufacturing environment. Bradley then worked at CSC, where they served as a Systems Engineer for the US Navy. At CSC, they integrated hardware and software on ships and bases worldwide, instructed system and network administrators, and wrote Unix scripts to streamline processes.
In 2002, Fulton joined SEIDCON as a Security Engineer and Technical Lead, working with NASA. Bradley redesigned security processes, implemented new security measures, and conducted various security operations such as password cracking, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing.
From 2003 to 2006, Fulton worked at Lockheed Martin as a Systems Engineer, Staff, supporting the FBI's Security Operations Center. Bradley designed and evaluated deployment solutions and maintained the Systems Engineering Life Cycle.

In 2011, Fulton worked at Enterprise Business Solutions, Inc. as a Security Engineer, designing and implementing defense-in-depth architecture for secure video teleconferencing for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).
Starting in 2015, Fulton worked at Celerity as a Network Security Engineer, providing network engineering and incident response services for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Bradley configured and troubleshooted network security components and utilized various tools and technologies.
From 2019 to 2022, Fulton worked at Northrop Grumman as a Cyber Security Engineer, supporting the Veterans Affairs customer. Bradley provided operational engineering and incident response to the Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC) and served as a shift lead when needed.
Fulton then transitioned to Peraton in 2022, where they continued their role as a Cyber Security Engineer. Peraton had acquired the Northrop Grumman division they were previously working for.
Most recently, in 2023, Fulton moved to PingWind Inc. (SDVOSB) as a Cyber Security Engineer. Bradley performed the same tasks as their previous roles and was asked to move to the Peraton contract partner.
Overall, Bradley Fulton has held various roles in cybersecurity engineering throughout their career, working with government agencies, defense contractors, and private companies.
Bradley Fulton holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Nuclear Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology. Bradley also obtained a Master's degree in Physics from San Diego State University.
