Founded in 2019, Pink Cornrows is a Black-femme led global leader in creating spaces for equity, safety and human-centered cultures. Our clients range from tech to Broadway and everything in between, as we support leaders and decision makers make the necessary steps to “equify” their organizations. As practitioners, we also host the annual Black Policy Lab to engage experts, community and advocates as equal partners in policy design. Learn more about us at pinkcornrows.com.
