Pink Lab is an all-women's fitness facility that provides women with a safe space to achieve their fitness goals. Our home gym is located in Newark, California, and our newest location just opened in San Jose in January 2026, with future intentions to expand! 

We provide many different options for women to reach their goals in the best way they see fit. We offer strength training, self-defense, booty boot camp, pilates, and pelvic floor classes, as well as personal training and online coaching! Pink Lab provides a wide variety of options for women to explore!

Pink Lab means changing the lives of as many women as we can! We are not only a fitness facility, but also a community. We hold many events throughout the year that are not just centered around fitness but also developing other personal skills, as well as just having fun! Not only do we help bring women together to foster relationships, but we also hold many public, community-wide events to encourage connections across cities!
