Ginger Happe has over two decades of experience in operations and law enforcement. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Pinkerton since 1999, Ginger has developed significant expertise in management and security operations. Prior to this role, Ginger dedicated over 22 years to the State of New Jersey as a Sergeant, where involvement in the Special Operations Group enhanced tactical and leadership skills. Educationally, Ginger holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Centenary University, as well as legal education at Fordham University School of Law from 1992 to 1994.
