Jian Cui

Jian Cui is an experienced professional in the field of security and risk management, currently serving as the Secretary-General of the International Association of Emergency Managers for the North China Region since June 2018. Jian also holds the position of Regional Account Manager (GCR) for Microsoft Global Security at Pinkerton since March 2018. Previous roles include serving as an Intel Site Security Operations & Investigations Specialist and as Safety & Security Manager at Goldin Financial and Tianjin Goldin Metropolitan Polo Club, where responsibilities included overseeing daily security operations and managing high-profile events. Jian's security experience extends back to the role of Regional Security Director for the South African Chinese Chamber of Commerce and earlier as Captain in the Public Security Bureau of Tianjin. Jian holds a Bachelor's degree in National Defense Mobilization and Defense Education from the Nanjing Army Command Academy and has completed additional education at Tianjin Polytechnic University and Tianjin Public Security Profession College.
