Ryan Doughty

Ryan Doughty is a seasoned professional in loss prevention and asset protection, currently serving as a Regional Loss Prevention Advisor at PINKERTON since August 2025. Prior to this role, Ryan held various leadership positions at RH, including Director and Leader of Asset & Profit Protection from March 2021 to July 2025. Ryan's extensive career includes significant experience at Bloomingdale's as Trade Area Asset Protection Manager and at Ross Stores, Inc. as Area Loss Prevention Manager. Previous positions held at The TJX Companies, Inc. encompass roles from District Loss Prevention Manager to District Loss Prevention Investigator. Earlier experience includes a long tenure at Genuine Parts Company, with roles ranging from Division Loss Prevention Manager to Management Trainee. Ryan began the career in a research capacity at the Center for Behavioral Teratology.
