Britt Baumbach is an experienced technical writer and content strategist who has held numerous positions in the tech industry. They served as a Senior Staff Technical Writer at Blackbaud from 2010 to 2016, where they wrote user documentation, produced videos, and created walkthrough graphics for various cloud software. Prior to that, they managed the technical publications department at Sonic Solutions, developing documentation for DVD authoring software. Currently, Britt is the owner of Pink's Window Services and is pursuing a BA in International Relations/Spanish at the University of California, Davis.
