Chris Hedgate

Chris Hedgate has a long and varied work experience. Chris began their career in 2009 as a Technical Consultant, Speaker and Coach for Self-Employed. In 2011, they served as Program Design Co-Chair for the XP2012 conference. From 2009 to 2021, they held various leadership positions in Hattrick Ltd., Spelkultur i Malmö AB and Joint Academy, including Advisory Board Member, Product and Development Director, CEO and Development Manager, and VP of Engineering. In 2015, they were Senior Technical Advisor and CTO for Kwiff. From 2019 to 2021, they were Engineering Manager for Axis Communications and PinMeTo. In 2014, they were a Technical Project Manager (Contract) for Edumanity.

Chris Hedgate began their education in 1997 at Lund University, where they studied Software Development. In 2009, they obtained an ICF Coaching Diploma from CoachCompanion. In 2013, they received a IHM Business Management degree from IHM Business School, with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
