Mark Daniels has over 20 years of experience in engineering, product management, and strategic partnerships in the HVAC industry. Mark is currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Pinnacle Climate Technologies. Prior to this role, they worked at AERCO International, Inc. as the Product Director for Indirect Heating Products and later as the Director of Energy Recovery and Climate Solutions. During their time at AERCO, Mark successfully launched a high-pressure water-to-water domestic heater and developed strategic partnerships with US manufacturers. Before joining AERCO, Mark worked at McQuay International as a Global Product Manager and at IDEX Fluid Management - Pulsafeeder as the Director of Engineering. Mark also held the position of Engineering Manager at Carrier HVAC and Lead Program Manager at Trane. Throughout their career, Mark has led various product development initiatives and received multiple awards for innovation and technology. Their expertise lies in project management, product lifecycle oversight, and developing optimized systems for customers.

Mark Daniels has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management. Mark also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Acoustics from Penn State University and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics from the University of Minnesota. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Black Belt (BB) from Syracuse University, Exploring Quantum Physics from Coursera, and Voice of the Customer from IDEXX Corporation.
