Brandon Carter

Brandon Carter, P.E. is an experienced Pipeline/Subsea Engineer and Project Manager at Pinnacle Engineering Inc. since March 2013, specializing in pipeline and subsea projects in the Gulf of Mexico, with expertise in pipeline design, hydrotest procedures, and manifold fabrication among other responsibilities.
