RJ Long has extensive experience in the audio-visual industry, with a career spanning over 15 years. From January 2008 to December 2010, RJ worked as a technician, stagehand, utility, camera, and video engineer at PSAV. Following this, RJ held the position of Senior Tech at Freeman Company from December 2010 to January 2014, specializing as a video engineer and operations specialist. RJ further developed skills at Encore Event Technologies from January 2014 to March 2023, attaining the role of Senior Tech Lead with a focus on video engineering and audio-visual operations. Currently, since March 2023, RJ serves as the Senior Venue Director at Pinnacle Live.
