Michael Steer

Michael Steer is a strategic and bilingual operations executive currently serving as the Operations Manager at Pinnacle Propane, LLC, where they focus on enhancing operational efficiency in production, distribution, and customer service. Previously, they held various leadership roles, including General Manager at Coast 2 Coast Chipping and Multi Plant Superintendent at CEMEX, where they championed safety and profitability across multiple projects.
