Scott K.

Scott K. began their career in 2011 as a Jr. Research Analyst at Maguire Associates, Inc. In 2013, they moved to Pinnacle Solutions Incorporated, where they worked as a Sr. Data Scientist. In this role, Scott had responsibilities throughout the data life cycle, including assisting in planning research studies, managing/preparing data, analyzing data through statistical analysis and data mining, and interpreting and reporting results. Scott also helped develop projects and set them up to run in production.

Scott K. completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from Virginia Tech in 2004. Scott then went on to pursue a Master of Arts (MA) in Experimental Psychology from Radford University, which they completed in 2008. Afterward, Scott K. earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in Applied Statistics from Kennesaw State University in 2011. In addition, Scott K. has obtained various certifications from SAS, including a SAS Certified Data Quality Steward for SAS 9 in April 2016, a SAS Certified Statistical Business Analyst Using SAS 9: Regression and Modeling in February 2016, and a SAS Certified Predictive Modeler Using SAS Enterprise Miner 13 in October 2015.
