Product Analyst at Pinnacle 21

Matt Myers has had diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Matt started their career as a Warehouse Assistant at Pine Street Carpenters and The Kitchen Studio in 2015. In 2016, they transitioned to becoming the Head Baseball Coach at Westtown American Legion. From 2017 to 2017, they worked as a Risk Management Summer Intern at Bryn Mawr Trust. In 2019, they joined OSIsoft as a Product Support Engineer, where they troubleshooted customer issues related to OSIsoft PI System and coached other engineers in knowledge writing. Matt continued in this role until 2021, also gaining the position of Product Support Engineer II. In 2021, they moved to AVEVA as a Product Support Engineer II before transitioning to become a Service Desk Specialist at Certara and Pinnacle 21 by Certara.

Matt Myers attended Penn State College of Information Sciences and Technology from 2014 to 2018. Matt pursued a degree in Security and Risk Analysis with a focus on Intelligence Analysis and Modeling.
