Travis Parks

Travis Parks has a diverse range of work experience dating back to 2006. Travis started their career at Cherokee Services Group, where they spent four years as a Senior Programmer/Analyst. During this time, they upgraded a legacy system to .NET, fixed long-standing bugs, clarified business rules, and transitioned the system to C#. Following their time at Cherokee Services Group, Travis joined AdTrak 360 as a Senior Software Developer. Here, they successfully collected data for numerous businesses, including their Google Analytics, Facebook, Twitter stats, email campaign stats, and phone call information. Travis then joined AWeber Communications, Inc. as a Software Engineer, where they worked on rewriting services for sending out emails. Travis evaluated and improved the existing rewrite to create smaller, more scalable services. Travis then moved on to Anexinet, a consulting company, where they worked as an Architect for six years. Travis collaborated with various high-profile clients, helping them enhance their products and services. Finally, Travis is currently employed as the Principle Software Engineer at Pinnacle 21, a company focused on streamlining the clinical trial process. Travis has successfully contributed to the development and release of multiple products and enjoys using their skills to save time and prevent errors.

Travis Parks attended Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Travis also obtained a certification as a Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in October 2015.
