Steve Cory

Steve Cory is currently the Principal of People Performance at Pinnacle, where they focus on enhancing leadership skills and facilitating development programs across the organization. They have a background in various accounting roles at Ingersoll Rand from 1976 to 2000, including positions as a Project Manager and Territory General Manager. At PinnacleART, Steve served as the Manager of People & Development from 2017 to 2019, where they aimed to cultivate future leaders through integrated programs. They briefly held the role of CFO at Pinnacle in 2021, providing strategic financial leadership.
