Jon Darilek

Jon Darilek is an experienced manager at Pinnacle, overseeing the execution and business growth for customers in the refining and midstream industries since July 2016. With a focus on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and delivering quality results, Jon has successfully led teams of over 15 project leads, engineers, and CAD drafters across complex projects. Prior roles included Senior Project Lead, where Jon managed over 20 projects and a revenue of $6.2MM, and Project Lead, focusing on Mechanical Integrity programs. Jon began an entrepreneurial venture with Extreme Tricycles LLC, developing innovative product designs, and has also interned in reliability engineering at Valero Energy Corporation. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, earned in 2014.
