Mark Felder has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Mark started their career as an Asset Integrity Analyst at Pinnacle in 2011 and later became an Implementation Specialist, responsible for installation, configuration, and development of custom tools and applications. Mark also worked as a Senior Implementation Specialist, leading a team and identifying process improvements. Mark then transitioned to the role of Applications Manager, where they led a team of developers and administrators, delivering efficient internal applications and managing vendor relationships. Mark later became a Product Owner, leading a team in developing reliability software. Currently, they serve as the Director of Product Management at Pinnacle, driving strategy and delivering innovative products. Prior to their time at Pinnacle, Mark worked as a Student Technician at Texas A&M Industrial Assessment Center, conducting assessments for energy efficiency improvements. Mark also worked on a NASA-funded study on bone strength. Additionally, Mark gained experience as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Shah Smith & Associates, assisting in the analysis and design of various projects. Outside of their professional career, Mark worked as an Eagle Quest Guide at Camp Eagle, leading wilderness trips for church groups.

Mark Felder obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their undergraduate education, they have also obtained several certifications. These include Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) from Scrum.org in July 2021, Pragmatic Certified Product Manager from Pragmatic Institute in October 2020, Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org in February 2020, and Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in July 2019.
