Ryan Sitton

Ryan Sitton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering, leadership, and regulatory roles. Currently, Ryan serves as Co-Owner of Sugar Hollow Retreat since November 2017 and has been the Solutions Engineer & CEO at Pinnacle since January 2006, where Ryan has led the company in providing tailored solutions to enhance reliability, production, and maintenance efficiency. Ryan's prior service as Texas Railroad Commissioner from November 2014 to December 2020 involved overseeing the regulation of Texas’s oil and gas industry and related sectors. Additional experience includes roles as Mechanical Integrity Division Manager at Berwanger, Inc. and Reliability Engineer at Marathon Petroleum Company, along with a foundational internship at Alcoa. Ryan holds a PhD in Data Science & Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
