Jay McDannell

Jay McDannell has over 20 years of legal experience. Jay began their career in 2000 as an Associate at Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP. In 2009, they moved to Jackson & Campbell, P.C. as an Associate. In 2012, they became Of Counsel at both BerlikLaw, LLC and Potomac Law Group. In 2011, they established their own firm, the Law Offices of Jay McDannell, where they served as Director. In 2021, they joined Pinogy Corporation as General Counsel / CLO and in 2022 they moved to Shipshape IT as General Counsel.

Jay McDannell attended Tulane University from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a B.A. in Economics. Jay then went on to attend Georgetown University Law Center, graduating with a JD in 2000.
