Stephen Mortimer has over 18 years of work experience, starting from 2003. Stephen began their career at CABC Ltd, where they worked as a Technical Support / Customer Service Manager. During their time there, they gained expertise in CRM implementation and support. In 2010, Stephen joined Complete IT Ltd as an IT Services, CRM & Internal Support Specialist until 2012. Stephen then joined Audatex as a Dynamics CRM Administrator, providing internal expertise on system customization and enhancement, as well as internal reporting. Stephen also worked on various projects involving the integration of Dynamics AX and Dynamics CRM, updating sales processes, and lead generation. In 2017, Stephen joined Activate Learning as a Dynamics Administration / Customizer until 2020. Currently, they hold the role of Principal Systems Analyst at PinPoint Data Science, starting from January 2021.
Stephen Mortimer attended Basingstoke College of Technology from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained a BTEC National Diploma in Science in multiple subjects.
