Our story
Our story begins on 1 May 1999; Workers Day, an auspicious omen for an executive search firm. It was a time of change with a new president; a time of danger as South Africans summitted Everest for the first time; and, a time of potential crisis – with Y2K only months away. But as John F Kennedy once said, the Chinese write crisis with two characters signifying danger and opportunity.

Throughout it all we have continued to evolve and innovate providing a seamless HR talent sourcing value chain and executive recruitment service. Our HR offerings range from organisational design to drawing up job descriptions, establishing job gradings, benchmarking salaries. Our executive search service uses international best practice, South African approved, psychometric and behavioural assessments as well as professional competency checks.
