Lida Ahn

Lida Ahn has been with Pinstripes since March 2007, currently holding the positions of Chief People Officer and Chief Training Officer. In these roles, Lida is responsible for creating, developing, and managing service systems for front of house operations, as well as designing training tools and conducting training sessions for staff and management. Lida also recruits and hires talent and focuses on developing managers for career advancement. Prior to Pinstripes, Lida worked as a Server at Tramonto Cuisine LLC and a Lead Server at J. Alexander's Restaurants. Lida holds a Master's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, as well as another Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Oberlin College.
