Brian Sparks, CPM, has a BS in Property Management from Virginia Tech. Brian has extensive experience in investment real estate sales, starting as a realtor at LT McGhee & Co. Brian then went on to work as a Property Manager at Grubb and Ellis|The Furman Co, Vice President of Property Services at Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, and is currently the Managing Partner of Property Services at Pintail.
