Tyson Smoak

Tyson Smoak, CCIM, SIOR, is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in commercial brokerage and business development. As a co-founder and partner at Pintail since January 2016, Tyson leads client engagements, oversees leasing and sales initiatives, and drives brand awareness and fundraising efforts. Prior to Pintail, Tyson served as a commercial real estate agent at NAI Earle Furman, LLC from July 2008 to December 2015, and was involved in sales at The Cliffs Communities from 2006 to 2008. Earlier experience includes a sales role at NewSouth Communications from 2000 to 2003. Tyson's educational background includes a degree from Furman University, attended from 1996 to 2000, and attendance at McCallie.
