Currently, Steve serves as a Partner at Hello Finch, a strategic brand and marketing agency, while also holding positions as a Non-Executive Director at Pinter and BatFast. Previously, Steve was a Non-Executive Chairman and Director at The Yorkshire County Cricket Club and served as a Partner at PwC, heading the Assurance UK Regions. Steve's educational background includes a 1st Class degree from the University of Liverpool. Additionally, since 2018, Steve has acted as an adviser, coach, and mentor to various organizations.
