Alia Spartz

Alia Spartz is a Global Program Manager focused on International Product Growth, currently leading inclusive AI initiatives and driving product operations for global markets. Previously, they worked as a Creator Enablement Manager at Pinterest, where they programmed live content and spearheaded product feedback loops. Alia also interned at The Carter Center, McSweeney's, and several other organizations, gaining diverse experience in program management, editorial work, and customer support. They hold a Master’s Degree in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of California, Davis, and are pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish with a concentration in International Business at Georgia State University. Alia is also set to pursue a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing at the University of San Francisco.
