Ania Lesiewicz has a diverse background in data analysis and human resources, with experience at several prominent companies. Ania worked at Fitbit from October 2016 to September 2019 as a Workforce Analyst and later as a Senior People Data Analyst. A brief tenure at Google as a Senior Data Analyst for Fitbit took place in early 2021. Prior to these roles, Ania gained HR experience at Ecolab in 2008-2010 and served as a Senior HR Operations Analyst at Dolby Laboratories from January 2014 to October 2016. Ania also held the position of HR Operations/HR Shared Services Project Manager at UPM from May 2010 to June 2013. Currently, Ania is the Recruiting Data Operations Lead at Pinterest, a role taken on in May 2021.
