Blake Day is an experienced Recruiting Manager with a strong background in creative recruitment across various industries. Currently serving as Recruiting Manager, Creative at Pinterest since April 2022, Blake supervises a team focused on supporting the Marketing, Communications, Global Content, and Design divisions. Prior experience includes managing global recruiting teams at Spotify for the content sector, and roles at WarnerMedia and Netflix as an Entertainment Recruiter and Corporate Recruiter, respectively. Earlier in the career, Blake held senior recruitment roles at Capital One, Cvent, and Kaztronix, beginning as a Recruiting Specialist. Blake holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Virginia Tech, earned in 2010.
