Caê Sagula

Caê Sagula is currently the Head of Sales at Pinterest, where they spearhead the formation of high-performance sales teams and implement innovative sales strategies. Previously, Caê held various leadership roles, including Head of E-commerce Brasil at RB and Brazil eCommerce & Media Sr. Director at Johnson & Johnson, where they significantly enhanced digital sales and market competitiveness. Caê's career began at Macuco as a partner, followed by experiences in planning and event production, account management, and digital operations at notable companies such as Whirlpool Latin America and Africa Propaganda. Caê earned an M.B.A. from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Paulista.
