Clare Hanson

Clare Hanson is an accomplished professional in Learning and Development with extensive experience in training and coaching. Currently serving at Pinterest since April 2021, Clare also founded and directs Conscious Leadership, a training and coaching consultancy, since March 2019. Prior to this, Clare was the Global Head of Training Delivery at Quantcast (June 2013 - September 2018), where strategic programs were managed to train over 5,000 industry professionals in Programmatic Digital Advertising. Additional roles include Head of Training for EMEA and Senior Sales Trainer at Facebook, where Clare collaborated with various sales teams to enhance their skills and knowledge. Early career experiences include marketing consultancy at the Children's Rights Alliance and media planning at Initiative. Clare holds a BESS degree from Trinity College Dublin and a Master's degree in Advertising from Technological University Dublin.
