Eric Kim

Eric Kim is a seasoned software engineer with extensive expertise in computer vision and machine learning, currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Pinterest since January 2017. In this role, Eric focuses on advanced technologies, contributing to projects involving object detection, deep neural network infrastructure optimization, and machine learning systems maintenance. Additionally, Eric has experience in academia as a lecturer at the University of California, Berkeley for courses on deep neural networks and computational structures in data science. Previous roles include a Programmer at UCLA where Eric developed imaging systems for 3D cephalometric analysis, and a Volunteer Technical Alumni Mentor at Hackbright Academy.
