Keith Payne

Keith Payne is an experienced recruitment professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and sourcing. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead for Sourcing Enablement at Pinterest, Keith has previously held roles at Meta as a Technical Sourcer and at Cypress HCM as a Senior Technical and Creative Recruiter. Additional experience includes working as an IT Technical Recruiter at Apex Systems and as a Sales Representative at Retriever Merchant Solutions. Keith is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at East Carolina University and has also attended James Madison University since 2015.
