Mia White

Mia White currently serves as the Manager of Learning Experience Design at Pinterest, starting in March 2024, after holding the position of Senior Learning Manager at the Sandberg Goldberg Bernthal Family Foundation from March 2023 to March 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Manager of Learning Experience Design at Twitter, where responsibilities involved coaching a team of instructional designers and defining learning design principles. Mia White has also worked at Paycor as Manager of Learning Design and Creative Services, leading an Agile Learning team, and at ADP in various instructional design roles focusing on significant projects like "Project Greenfield." Earlier career roles include positions at Wells Fargo, Medical Mutual, and AmTrust Bank. Mia White holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and an MAED in Adult Education and Distance Learning from the University of Phoenix, as well as a BS in Interpersonal Communications from Ohio University.
