Peng Chen

Peng Chen is currently a Senior Engineering Manager at Pinterest, focusing on building advanced infrastructure for Ads Delivery Content and Solutions since September 2023. Prior to Pinterest, Peng served as a Senior Engineering Manager at Instagram from June 2016 to September 2023, where oversight included the Instagram Metrics Platform and quality assurance for external reporting. Earlier roles at Instagram included Staff Software Engineer, leading the development of the Ads Delivery Platform and optimizing algorithms for promotional content delivery. Peng started professional experience as a Software Engineering Intern at Facebook, contributing to Ads Payment Infra and Data Infra teams. Educational achievements include a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Engineering in Software Engineering from Nanjing University.
