Sal Ramirez

Sal Ramirez has been with Pinterest since March 2021, serving as the Latiné ERG Global Lead and holding roles such as Administrative Business Partner for both Core Engineering and the People Team. Prior to Pinterest, Sal worked at Toca Boca from January 2018 to March 2020 as an EA & People Operations Manager, focusing on workplace experience, events, and culture while fostering a vibrant and inclusive environment. Additional experience includes positions as Community Coordinator at California State University, Fullerton, Happiness Team Member at Yerdle, and Assistant Residence Director at the University of San Francisco. Sal holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of the Pacific.
