Arief Bimo Sectio has a diverse work experience. Arief Bimo started their career in 2017 as a Practical Assistant for various courses at Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. In 2018, they interned as a Quality Control Intern at Kusuma Agrowisata Group. From 2019 to 2021, Arief worked at Glints, where they played multiple roles including Talent Acquisition, Sourcing Specialist, and Marketing Intern. During their time at Glints, they handled end-to-end recruitment across multiple business units and offices, led projects on onboarding and interview process refinement, and marketed the company's recruitment product. In 2021, they joined Pintu as the Talent Acquisition Lead - Tech.
