Muhammad Randika

Muhammad Randika is a Senior UX Researcher at Pintu since August 2022, leading end-to-end user research processes to aid decision-making across various departments and enhance user experience through insights delivered to UX designers. Prior to this role, Muhammad co-founded UX.KITA, an organization focused on teaching User-Centered principles through sharing and workshop sessions, from January 2019 to April 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as a UX Researcher at Bukalapak, where collaboration with product divisions to develop research plans was key, and as a Researcher at UX Indonesia, where responsibilities involved user research management, usability testing, and data analysis. Muhammad holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Institut Teknologi Bandung, completed in 2017, and attended SMAN 81 Jakarta for high school, focusing on Natural Sciences.
