Riduan, RTA®, possesses a diverse range of experiences across various sectors in Indonesia. Awarded the Bank Indonesia Scholarship, Riduan engaged in leadership and competency training within the scholarship community. Prior roles include serving as Field Coordinator at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk., coordinating communication between regional offices and corporate headquarters, and completing a certified internship focused on Islamic banking operations. Additional experience encompasses digital marketing as a project-based intern at PT Erajaya Swasembada and content writing for Estator Indonesia. Riduan has also worked in finance at ASTON Banua Banjarmasin Hotel, managing inventory and procurement processes, and is currently positioned as a Finance Operations Analyst at Pintu, overseeing finance operational activities. Educated at Novia University of Applied Sciences with a focus on Business Administration, Riduan blends academic knowledge with practical experience in finance and operations.
